Printer and Phot printing Help

Hey Scrappers! I am in need of some assistance. I have an HP6380 and it is giving me problems. I am thinking about moving to Epson. In addition, I am been scrapping for since 2003 and I bought Micosoft Digital Imaging software and need to upgrade any ideas or either product? :roll:
