March/April 2011 issue: Baby Projects in Non-Traditional Palettes
Forget pink and blue. Nix navy and fuchsia. We're looking for baby projects of all types and varieties (cards, nursery decor, gift bags and tags, gift card holders, paper crafted gifts, creative gift wrap, mini-album covers, etc.) that use color combinations beyond the expected gender-specific colors. Whether classy and elegant, fun and cute, clean and graphic, shabby chic or vintage, we can't wait to see your out-of-the-cradle approaches to color combinations that exclude all shades of pink and blue.We will not intentionally publish any projects that have appeared anywhere online (which includes but is not limited to blogs of any kind, galleries, or contest/challenge entry or winner). March/April 2011 issue: Wedding
That's just it. Wedding. We're looking for cards, gift card holders, gift bags and tags, gift boxes, frames, mini-album covers, shower ensembles, etc. for the happy couple. The sky is the limit, so dig in and rock your style! We will not intentionally publish any projects that have appeared anywhere online (which includes but is not limited to blogs of any kind, galleries, or contest/challenge entry or winner). One of the "hot"-test trends around, hot air balloons are taking flight! Please submit your paper crafted projects for wedding, baby, Easter, and other occasions such as birthday , thank you, hello, friendship, sympathy, get well, encouragement, congratulations, etc. in which hot air balloons are a key part of the design. Projects can include but are not limited to cards, gift bags, home decor, mini-album covers, tags, and gift card holders. We will not intentionally publish any projects that have appeared anywhere online (which includes but is not limited to blogs of any kind, galleries, or contest/challenge entry or winner). Create cards, gift bags, tags, mini-album covers, treat containers, etc. that utilize just these 4 colors. We're looking for Easter projects as well as projects for other occasions such as birthday, thank you, hello, friendship, sympathy, get well soon, encouragement, baby, wedding, congratulations, etc. Stick as closely as possible to these Bazzill equivalents: Chocolate Cream, French Vanilla, Hazard, and Granny Smith.We will not intentionally publish any projects that have appeared anywhere online (which includes but is not limited to blogs of any kind, galleries, or contest/challenge entry or winner). We're looking for Easter projects as well as projects for other occasions such as birthday, thank you, hello, friendship, sympathy, get well soon, encouragement, congratulations, etc. Remember, flowers represent any kind of embellishment.We will not intentionally publish any projects that have appeared anywhere online (which includes but is not limited to blogs of any kind, galleries, or contest/challenge entry or winner). Send Us Your Best Work!
Do you have a card or other paper crafted project that you want to share with us? You'll need to include a digital photo, the supplies you used and a description of techniques used, so be sure to have those handy. Projects submitted here may not have been published in current or any related form prior to now and must be free of any copyrights. Be sure photos do not exceed 300KB in size, and submit only one project per form. For detailed projects with multiple views, we suggest using photo editing software to create a collaged image using multiple shots. All submissions must be never before seen and must be free of any identifying watermarks.

Inspired By
Ever browse through a Paper Crafts magazine or special issue and created a card or project inspired by one of the designs you saw in the publication? We want to hear your story and see your creation! Maybe you took the design of a birthday card and made it into a Valentine, or maybe you switched up the colors to take a Mother's Day card to a Father's Day card. Submit an image of your Inspired By project, tell us where we can find the original in our magazine, and you just might have your card featured in the Paper Crafts Connection section of one of our issues!
