SUPPLIES:  Patterned paper: (Ring Around the Rosie, Marbles from Sidewalks collection) October Afternoon   Accents: (yellow flower, rose flower, pink heart, celebrate banner) October Afternoon   Fibers: (red tulle) American Crafts  Tools: (scorer/trimmer) Making Memories; (border punch) EK Success  Finished size: 3 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 1 1/4"


1 Make gift bag following pattern at www.PaperCraftsMag.com.

2 Punch border along top edge, fold over and adhere. Trim patterned paper strip for handle; adhere.

3 Punch border on patterned paper strip, score and fold to create rosette; adhere to bag.

4 Layer accents and adhere to rosette with foam tape.

5 Adhere tulle behind accents.
