SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (white) Discount Cardstock Clear stamps: (assorted from Sunny Side Up set) Paper Smooches Dye ink: (Black Soot, Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry, Squeezed Lemonade, Picket Fence stain) Tim Holtz/Ranger Industries Watermark ink: Tsukineko Embossing powder: (Seafoam White, clear) Ranger Industries Color medium: (black marker) Ranger Industries Finish: (dimensional glaze spray) Tsukineko Fibers: (pink/white twine) The Twinery Tools: (circle punch, water brush) EK Success Other: (repositionable notes) 3M Finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Trim cardstock panel, stamp clouds, and emboss.
3 Stamp clouds on repositionable notes, trim, and place over embossed clouds.
4 Color panel with ink and water brush. Spritz with water; let dry. Remove masks and color cloud edges. Spritz panel with finish; let dry.
5 Stamp umbrella; emboss. Color with ink and water brush. Trim and adhere to panel with foam tape. Stamp swirls.
6 Stamp cheer up on cardstock, trim into flag, and punch hole. Thread with twine and adhere flag with foam tape. Tie twine on umbrella.
7 Adhere panel to card with foam tape.
