SUPPLIES:  Patterned paper: (Worn Blue Grid Background) Scenic Route  Dye ink: (Jet Black) Ranger Industries  Paint: (black) Delta  Accents: (chipboard heart) Scenic Route; (vintage key)  Rub-on: (sentiment) Scenic Route  Stickers: (black circle) Scenic Route  Fibers: (red rickrack) May Arts  Finished size: 2 1/2" x 4 3/4"


1 Make tag from patterned paper; cut top corners.

2 Affix sticker and punch hole. Adhere fibers. Ink edges.

3 Paint chipboard heart; adhere when dry. Apply rub-on.

4 Adhere key.


Designer Tip

Use a standard tag purchased from an office supply store as a template to create your own tags.
