SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (Wax Lips, Marshmallow, Whirlypop) Bazzill Basics Paper Patterned paper: (navy stripe from Hello. Goodbye. collection) Lifestyle Crafts Paint: (white) Delta Fibers: (rope) Canvas Corp Dies: (life preserver, anchor) Provo Craft Other: (wood plaque) Sierra Pacific Crafts Finished size: 5 1/2" square

1 Paint plaque; let dry.
2 Trim patterned paper and adhere to plaque.
3 Die-cut life preserver and anchor from cardstock; adhere together.
4 Cut rope length, knot one end, and adhere to die cut. Adhere to plaque with foam tape.
5 Adhere rope behind plaque as hanger.

Designer Tip
Use small dots of hot glue to adhere the rope to the anchor. Use a lot of hot glue to adhere the rope to the wood plaque.
