SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (white) Papertrey Ink; (yellow) DCWV Inc. Patterned paper: (pink fans, peach diamonds from Miss Match 6 1/2x6 1/2 pad) Kaisercraft; (blue medallions from Woodland Park 8x8 pad) October Afternoon Clear stamp: (thanks from Mega Mixed Messages set) Papertrey Ink Dye ink: (Cobalt) Ranger Industries Accents: (tag) Office Max; (stick pin) My Mind's Eye; (button) BasicGrey Fibers: (navy ribbon) Schiff Ribbon; (cream twine) Divine Twine Template: (embossing flowers) Spellbinders Tools: (border punch) Stampin' Up!; (corner rounder punch) We R Memory Keepers Other: (tea bag) Finished size: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"

1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Emboss cardstock rectangle and adhere to card.
3 Border-punch patterned paper rectangles; adhere.
4 Adhere patterned paper rectangle to card.
5 Round bottom corners.
6 Cut slit in card seam and tie on ribbon.
7 Insert stick pin.

1 Tea-dye tag using tea bag and water. Let dry.
2 Stamp thanks on tag and adhere button.
3 Tie tag to card with twine. Note: Adhere with foam tape.
