SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (white) Neenah Paper; (yellow) Bazzill Basics Paper Clear stamps: (sentiment from For the Record set) Simon Says Stamp Dye ink: (Tuxedo Black) Tsukineko Color medium: (assorted chalk) Pebbles Accents: (assorted buttons) Buttons Galore & More Fibers: (white floss) DMC Template: (chevron) The Crafter's Workshop Die: (label) My Favorite Things Finished size: 3 1/2" x 5"

1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Stencil chevron pattern on cardstock rectangle using template, water, and chalk.
3 Let panel dry and adhere to card.
4 Die-cut label from cardstock, stamp sentiment, and adhere to card.
5 Thread buttons with floss and adhere.
